The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10 days (that’s 20 capsules in total). To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 10 days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course. A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses, i.e. 2 capsules twice daily for 30 days, followed by 2 capsules twice daily for 10 days each month
