Yes, absolutely. The powder within the capsule is enterically coated which means it's protected from the effects of the digestive tract.
- What is the optimum dose?
It really depends on the inidivdual, but as a rule start slowly, even with half a capsule per day
- I've noticed a change in my bowel movements since I start taken these capsules - is that normal?
It could be that you need to reduce the dose, Try with less and build up very slowly. Seek advice from your health professional if unsure.
