Our magnesium chloride is sourced from 100% natural mineral deposits. We use a unique blend of sub-terranean and marine magnesium chloride, primarily obtained from the Zechstein Sea region in Northern Europe, the Dead Sea area, and, more recently, deposits from the Irish Sea - Is magnesium safe to take orally?
Our magnesium supplements have been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally - re these flakes safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, Magnesium Flakes are dermatologically tested and safe for sensitive and atopic skin, including those with eczema or psoriasis
Add 250g magnesium flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase ammont for a more intensive experience. For footbath add 150g magnesium flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.

Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening
