Magnesium in a liquid form, as magnesium chloride.
Magnesium, Deionized water, lactic acid.
Dilute prior to ingestion. As a food supplement, 1/2 teaspoon diluted in eight ounces or your favorite beverage, two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Refrigerate after opening.
