Yes, Folinic acid lozenges are suitable for men, women and children aged 4 years and above
For the first week, take half a lozenge by mouth. Allow it to dissolve slowly before swallowing. If additional support is needed, increase the dosage to 1 full lozenge. Use as needed, but avoid taking it within 5 hours of bedtime, as it may disrupt sleep
