I have found that I need to keep my fodmap intake low and I avoid high fodmap foods. But on occasions when I eat out for example and want to be a little more adventurous, these are great! I have found them effective and their ingredients work for me. They are expensive but 120 tablets makes it more reasonable. I’ll continue to take them going forward; they’re really good in my experience! So so pleased I heard about them from natures fix in a marketing email!
