For a targeted treatment apply one patch to each foot using the reflexology chart to determine which areas of your body you would like to detox. Apply two patches to each foot for a whole body detox or to test where the body is not naturally removing toxins effectively. If the patches come off with a mixture of stained and clear areas, stained areas indicate where your body is holding toxic material, so you would continue to target this area. Stained Areas = Toxic Build-Up Unstained Areas = Toxic Stable Patches should be left on for between 5 and12 hours normally during sleep time and a new one should be applied next time you go to bed.
