Each bottle contains 1000g powder - How should I take this supplement?
It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week. For a foot bath: Add 150-200g (3-4 cups) flakes in warm (not hot) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired. For a bath soak: Add 250-300g (4-6 cups) flakes in warm bath and relax for minimum 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. 100g flakes contains 10.75g magnesium and 8.5g OptiMSM®
