A – We aim for same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm (1pm on Mondays or days following a public holiday) and we achieve this target in 95% of occasions.

A – We are pleased to offer a new shipping service for our EU customers. We are now pre-clearing goods on your behalf meaning there will be no additional fees or admin charges on import and no concerns about parcel refusal. All this will be handled by ourselves. The additional cost you see at checkout is the cost of any applicable duty or tax.
