Histamine nutrients (formerly histamine block plus) is a dietary supplement designed to support healthy histamine metabolism and alleviate symptoms associated with histamine intolerance.
Each capsule contains a patented enzyme, Digest® derived from porcine kidney extract, which aids in the breakdown of histamine in the body.
The formula also includes essential nutrients such as zinc, riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and copper which serve as cofactors for enzymes involved in histamine degradation.
Additionally, it provides alpha ketoglutaric acid to support the normal breakdown of ammonia, a byproduct of histamine metabolism.
