- Are these capsules vegetarian?
Absolutely, vegetable cellulose capsules, vegan/vegetarian friendly.
Take one to two capsules before bed with a glass of water. You can take Hello Sleep when you need them (on the night’s you need help with sleep), or every night to help establish a good sleep pattern. For most people one capsule is enough, but if sleep could be improved after trying one capsule, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
