Suggested Usage

Take 1 (5ml) spoonful of Zincatest® daily. You may choose to dilute it in water or orange juice before consumption. Mix 5ml of Zincatest® solution with 60ml of water. Swirl a 5ml spoonful of the diluted mixture in your mouth for 10 seconds (you can either swallow or spit out the mixture afterward). Interpretation of Taste Sensation: The taste response helps indicate your zinc levels: Tasteless, like water: Zinc levels are low, Slightly dry, furry, mineral-like, or sweet taste after a few seconds: Marginally low. A definite taste that intensifies over time: Marginally positive. Strong, unpleasant taste noticed immediately: Positive.n If your response corresponds to levels 1 or 2, consider using a zinc supplement, such as Zincatest®, until your response improves to levels 3 or 4. This process may require a course of 3 to 6 months
