Ingredients:
Plant phytosterols (providing beta-sitosterol), cellasate™ (proprietary essential fatty acid complex) (milk), enzogenol™ (proprietary antioxidant complex from pine bark), anti-caking agents: stearic acid and silicon dioxide, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Directions:
One capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.

Additional Warnings:
This supplement contains 300mg phytosterols per capsule. Consumption of more than 3g/day of plant sterols/stanols should be avoided.
