Ubiquinol is the active form of ubiquinone or coenzyme Q10.
Ubiquinol-QH directly provides Q10 in its active (reduced) form as well as vitamin E to maintain the state of reduction and facilitate its absorption.
The Ubiquinol-QH softgels contain 100 mg of natural ubiquinol that is processed with a patented VESIsorb technology to improve absorption. Recent clinical studies indicate that as we age, our body loses the ability to convert ubiquinone into ubiquinol.
