THERA Nordic Move is a food supplement that combines magnesium (from magnesium hydroxide and magnesium citrate) with Actazin® kiwi fruit extract in an easy-to-take capsule.
What ingredients are in Move?
Each capsule contains 85 mg of magnesium (from magnesium hydroxide and magnesium citrate) and 300 mg of Actazin® kiwi fruit extract.
How many capsules are in each bottle?
Each bottle contains 60 capsules.
Take 2 capsules before bed. If there is a bowel movement next day, this is your dose. If not, increase to 4 capsules on the next night. You can go up to six capsules. Adjust to the dose that is exactly right for you.
