We chose a powder because it allows us to do something capsules simply cannot. monthlies contains 26 vitamins, minerals and plant extracts in research-backed, efficacious dosages. To fit this into capsules, you would need to swallow around 16 a day!
We did not want to cut corners or reduce the dosage just to make it capsule-friendly.

What is the recommended Usage?
Use the included scoop in your box. Take one levelled scoop (equal to 1¾ teaspoons) and mix it with 300 ml of water or your favourite drink. monthlies has a naturally tropical, gingery taste that blends well with water, smoothies, juice or coconut water.
For the best experience, take it once a day in the morning, ideally with food.
Monthlies works best when taken daily. Many women notice early improvements within a few weeks, with full benefits building over 2–3 cycles as nutrient levels and hormonal patterns begin to rebalance.
