THERA Nordic is a UK based gut health supplement brand built on a single principle: follow the science, not the trends. Co-founded by Emma Cannings and formulator Joni Laiho, previously founder of Scandinavia's largest supplement company, THERA Nordic exists to bring genuinely therapeutic doses of well evidenced ingredients to a category too often defined by micro dosed, trend led products.

Every THERA Nordic formulation is built around clinically meaningful doses of peer reviewed ingredients, not token amounts. The flagship product, REZCUE, pairs Zinc L Carnosine (polaprezinc), a compound used as a licensed prescription medicine in Japan since 1994 for gastric ulcer healing, with therapeutic dose L Glutamine, targeting gut barrier restoration and mucosal repair from the mouth to large intestine. The wider range extends this same evidence led approach across stomach acid support, digestive enzyme function, bowel regularity, and microbiome balance, giving practitioners a focused toolkit to match formulation to underlying mechanism rather than symptom alone.

Ingredient and manufacturing integrity.

THERA Nordic products are clean label by design: no unnecessary fillers, artificial preservatives, or excipients beyond what manufacturing requires, and where a carrier is necessary it is natural and used at minimal levels. The majority of the range is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. Every raw material arrives with a Certificate of Analysis and is independently tested on receipt, with FTIR identity testing on all incoming ingredients, HPTLC testing for botanicals, and NSF aligned batch specific identification testing. Manufacturing is fully cGMP compliant, with full traceability of Certificates of Analysis and compliance records maintained across the supply chain.

Sourcing and sustainability.

Where animal derived ingredients are used, such as the collagen and colostrum in HEALIA, these are sourced from 100% grass fed cows on small European farms, raised without antibiotics or hormones, using only surplus supply.
